René Bollier is a partner at Executive Interim Partners. For 15 years, he has successfully led medium-sized manufacturing companies out of crises and anchored operational resilience. He temporarily takes over as CEO or CRO to lead change, improve operational performance and develop the business model.

Prior to his assignments as an interim manager, René Bollier built up markets and production facilities as head of medium-sized Swiss and Asian companies in India, Southeast Asia and China and co-lead a merger with a company listed in Mumbai. He also gained extensive management experience in Eastern Europe. He has in-depth intercultural management experience. He lived in Thailand and India for a total of five years and spent three years in
Russia.

His industry focus is mechanical engineering, metal processing, special purpose vehicle construction, aerospace and packaging. René Bollier graduated in business administration from the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland and started his career in sales at IBM.
