Martin Beckmann successfully completed his master’s in industrial engineering and business administration at the Technical University Darmstadt. He started his career in the PE business, collecting more than 10 years of M&A experience, profound knowledge in due diligence and financial modelling with the aim to develop profitable companies and accomplishing successful turnaround and restructuring situations.

In the last 30 years, Mr. Beckmann held various C-level management positions and member of Advisory Boards, most recently as CEO of a MedTech start-up in Basel, Switzerland, CEO of a medium-sized welding technology company, CFO of a stock-listed sensor company and several leadership positions.

During his professional career he served as CEO of a sensor company in Singapore for 4 years onsite and 2 years in California, US. Mr. Beckmann executed his missions highly efficient using his intrinsic motivation and deep understanding of how companies become successful, and employees get motivated. His team-building spirit has a proven track-record. His success is based on implementation, not of consulting.
