Jan Rosenkranz is Partner at Executive Interim Partners.

Prior to that, he worked as CRO in various restructuring projects for a leading international auditing firm in the areas of risk, strategy, finance and consulting.

For more than ten years Jan Rosenkranz worked as CRO, interim CEO and CFO in companies with a wide range of content and industries. During this time, he was responsible, among other things, for the operational, business and corporate restructuring, the preparation and implementation of reorganization and action plans as well as strategic realignment.

Before that he developed a sustainable bio-system gastronomic concept as managing partner.

As management spokesman and member of the supervisory board of a Norwegian shipping company and in a similar position at Eugen Block Holding, he was in particular responsible for the strategic realignment and business management.

Jan Rosenkranz has a broad, cross-sectoral wealth of experience in operational and strategic management with a focus on the successful implementation of difficult transformation processes.
