Christian Strasoldo is an entrepreneurial CEO with a strong strategic competence, operations focused, well experienced in leading mid-sized FMCG-Companies in periods of growth, in change and transformation processes.

His professional career started in well-known companies of the consumer goods industry. In Beiersdorf AG he held different management positions in marketing & sales in Germany and abroad. Subsequently he was responsible as Chief Executive Officer for different subsidiaries of the Colgate-Palmolive Group, focusing on successful growth-strategies and efficient process management.

In the following management roles as Chief Executive Officer or Chief Restructuring Officer in midsized companies of the food industry, Christian Strasoldo was exclusively responsible as General Manager for the complete operation. His main projects have been the development and implementation of growth-strategies and the necessary organizational restructuring.

His strength lies in the active management of change. Beside the development of new concepts how to approach the market most efficiently, he loves to drive the operational implementation of the aligned strategic initiatives. Due to his international background he relies on a strong intercultural competence and a clear assessment of what is possible in different environments and different situations.

His industrial experience covers the areas of Fast-Moving-Consumer-Goods, Consumer Durables, Food and Cosmetics.

Christian Strasoldo has a diploma in Business Administration from the Ludwig-Maximilians-University in Munich. He is a native German speaker; his level of English is excellent, and his level of Spanish is good.

  • Leading as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Restructuring Officer a premium chocolate manufacturer (FMCG), 65 Mio. € Sales, managing the implementation of a transformation strategy covering initiatives increasing the distribution in the retail channel, enhancing sustainable process-efficiency and relocating the complete production to Poland.
  • Chief Executive Officer of a company manufacturing premium branded hairdresser tools and equipment, 30 Mio. € Sales, successfully developing and implementing a growth strategy, managing the post-merger integration resulting in considerable cost-savings.
  • Acting as Chief Executive Officer for a branded food company (FMCG), 100 Mio. € Sales, implementing a growth strategy as well as the organizational integration of an additional branded assortment boosting sales and earnings.
  • Managing as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Restructuring Officer two German branded food companies (FMCG, Pasta & Rice), 150 Mio. € Sales, successfully stabilizing earnings and results by enhancing the top line growth, optimizing the processes and the assortment structure as well as restructuring the complete supply chain.
