Christian Diamantidis is a partner at Executive Interim Partners.

For more than 15 years, Mr. Diamantidis has held management positions in the mechanical engineering and electrical engineering industries. During this time, he has successfully managed a turnaround of an internationally active mechanical engineering company as Managing Director, has been responsible for major growth phases, and has successfully implemented restructuring and change management processes.

As an excellent connoisseur of the entire value chain from sales, development, purchasing to production, he is familiar with almost all factors influencing costs, lead times, delivery reliability and the resulting implementation potential.

After his studies in automation engineering and computer science, Mr. Diamantidis gained his professional experience in corporate groups, large and medium sized companies, and consulting in the areas of R&D, business development and operational P&L responsibility.

During an Executive Development Program at Deutsche Aerospace (today Airbus) he was able to deepen his knowledge in the Managing Business Program at INSEAD.
