Ullrich Weirauch is partner und managing director of Executive Interim Partners.

Ullrich was Vice President Purchasing with the Braas Monier Building Group, a globally active producer of materials for the pitched roof. During his tenure, he reorganized the purchasing function for the Group and was responsible for delivering the purchasing cost reductions in two succeeding restructuring programs in.

Prior to that, he was leading as Chief Procurement Officer (CPO) the purchasing function of Mannesmann Plastics Machinery, a globally active producer of injection molding and extrusion machinery. During his tenures, he reorganized the function across the group and was responsible for the purchasing cost reductions contributing to the overall performance improvement program.

He started his career at Bain & Company and AlixPartners, where he gained experience with strategic projects and specifically with designing and leading Performance Improvement Programs in complex international organizations.

Ullrich holds Master of Business Administration from INSEAD, Fontainebleau. Prior to that he studied Industrial Engineering at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) while at the same time completing a Maitrise de Sciences Economiques at the Universität Aix-Marseille.
