Dr. Manfred Lerch is Partner at Executive Interim Partners.

For more than 20 years, Dr. Manfred Lerch has held responsibility as managing director, chief executive officer and board member in medium-sized family businesses and in a listed English group and most recently in a PE company in the Czech Republic.

His industry experience covers the areas of mechanical and plant engineering, technical infrastructure as well as telecommunications and security technology – each with an international character and functional responsibility for the entire value creation process of industrial companies.

International focal areas with respect to strategic market development as well as to the establishment and management of foreign subsidiaries were in addition to France and Eastern Europe, in particular the Middle East, China, India, Korea and Turkey.

As a member of supervisory boards and advisory boards, Manfred was responsible for numerous international subsidiaries, including producing joint venture companies in China.

As part of a career as a technical officer in the German Airforce, Manfred studied aerospace engineering at the University of the German Armed Forces in Munich.

After completing his doctorate, he began his industrial career in 1990 as a board assistant at Daimler Benz Aerospace AG.
