Christoph von Nitzsch ist Partner der Executive Interim Partners GmbH.
Mr. von Nitzsch successfully implements complex transformation programs as CEO, CRO, CSO, or project manager. With more than 20 years of experience in international companies during phases of change (performance improvement programs, restructuring, PMI, business strategy), he manages the execution of ambitious growth strategies, the adaptation of organizations to changing markets, as well as the development of new business areas. Taking on leadership responsibilities in internationally operating companies and working jointly with multicultural, cross-functional teams are among his competencies, as is his ability to communicate effectively at all relevant management levels.
His strengths include the management of crisis situations and change processes. In addition, his international career has given him pronounced intercultural skills and an extensive understanding of evolving customer needs and market trends. His working style is characterized by goal-oriented action based on sound analysis, the derivation of measures, and their consistent implementation.
Most recently, Christoph von Nitzsch worked as a PMI manager for a private equity fund in the spare parts trade, where he was responsible for the restructuring and integration of an acquired company.
 Prior to that, he served as CRO and CEO in the printing and packaging industry as well as the building materials supply industry. Together with Roland Berger Strategy Consultants and AlixPartners, he played a key role in international restructuring and optimization projects with a focus on the automotive industry.
Before becoming an interim manager, Christoph von Nitzsch spent ten years with Mercedes-Benz, where he served, among other roles, as General Manager responsible for the development and launch of the Smart brand in Italy. For Skandia AG, he was a member of the management board in charge of expanding the key account business and developing and implementing a new customer-oriented sales structure.
His industry expertise includes the automotive sector with a special focus on sales, as well as offset printing, financial services, building materials trade, and road construction.
He holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Wales/UK and studied International Business at the International Business School Malente.
