Alexander Zeyss is a Partner at Executive Interim Partners.
Before joining EIP, Mr. Zeyss worked as an independent interim manager, primarily in managing director roles, where he successfully led multi-year business model transformations across various companies. These companies were financed by major German or American private equity funds and all concluded successfully with an exit or series financing.
In this context, he develops digital business models from the ground up and integrates them holistically into existing organizations. His focus is on IT/software companies as well as traditional businesses where IT, software, data, or IoT play a key role in shaping future business strategies.
His work includes thorough statistical data analysis, the redefinition of master data, the implementation of modern tools and digitalized processes, and holistic strategy development through management and all-team workshops. This approach fosters acceptance of the necessary change process among both employees and management.
Earlier in his career, he worked as a consultant and investment banker at Roland Berger, Talbot Hughes McKillop/Oliver Wyman, Ernst & Young, and Goldman Sachs.
He holds an MBA from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Zeppelin University in Friedrichshafen. In addition, he was awarded a degree in Total Quality Management by the University of Kaiserslautern.
