Susanna Schneeberger is a Partner at Executive Interim Partners.

Prior to joining Executive Interim Partners, Susanna has had a variety of strategic and operational leadership roles in the technology and industrial sector. Her focus is on business transformation, growth and digitalization as well on all customer facing aspects of business.

Susanna has more than 20 years of experience in international executive management roles mostly in general management positions as well as in business development, sales, service and marketing roles, specializing in transformative situations of different kinds.

Susanna among others served as a Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Chief Digital Officer (CDO), and Chief Sales & Marketing Officer (CSMO) and Chief Strategic Officer (CSO) in several international tech, engineering and industrial companies and has a track record in successfully transforming and futureproofing the strategic and operational sides of hardware, software, service and project businesses.

She serves as Chairman and Member of the Supervisory Board at several companies internationally.

Susanna earned her Master of Science in International Business & Business Law at Lund University, Sweden. She also holds an MBA from Lund University.
