Bertrand Duparc Ponsin is a partner of Executive Interim Partners and also chairman and founder of a consulting company dedicated to building material products.
Previously, Bertrand Duparc Ponsin held various senior management position in leading multinational companies. He has more than ten years experience in Purchasing and Supply Chain.
He began his professional career as an R&D engineer in the food industry. In parallel, he continuously work for his family-owned company, producer of renewable energy.
Bertrand Duparc Ponsin has been active in various mid-large companies/subsidiaries of international corporations as Head of Purchasing and Head of Supply Chain. He has successfully transformed department under his responsibility and achieved high impact results either on the P&L and the Balance Sheet.
On Supply Chain, he has developed an holistic approach to align and improve management decision on one hand and has implemented new top-notch technologies for execution on the other hand.
He has also actively participated to restructurings, turnarounds and strategic realignments. His usage of analytics is a key factor of success in those fields to ensure high impact results.
Bertrand Duparc Ponsin graduated as a Master of Science in ICAM Arts & métiers, Lille France and a Master in business management in HEC, Paris France.
