Arnulf Christa is a partner of Executive Interim Partners.

Arnulf Christa (Dipl.-Ing. univ.) was Chairman of the Management Board / CEO of BAUER Spezialtiefbau GmbH for many years. With around 6,500 employees worldwide, the parent company of the BAUER Group specialises primarily in the execution of complex specialist foundation engineering work.

After studying civil engineering at the Technical University of Munich, he began his professional career as a construction manager in Germany and abroad. After several years in his parents’ construction company, he worked as a consultant for baulogis GmbH.

He built up a presence in the Middle East for the leading glass and façade construction company Seele GmbH, spending several years in the United Arab Emirates and ultimately becoming Managing Director. He has been with Bauer since 2007, where he spent extended periods in Russia and Africa and was involved in market development in Asia and the USA as well as the restructuring of several subsidiaries.

Arnulf Christa has broad industry experience and has worked successfully around the world in the development of new markets and the restructuring of construction companies. He has successfully led change management and digitalisation projects. He not only has in-depth technical and operational knowledge, but also experience in the strategic reorganisation and operational management of companies of all sizes.
