Opportunities in Crisis: Solution Strategies for Companies

Under the motto “Opportunities in Crisis: Solution Strategies for Companies,” the 5th Leadership Forum of Executive Interim Partners took place in May 2024 in Munich, once again in cooperation with the international law firm Eversheds Sutherland. Over 70 leaders from business openly and controversially discussed the most pressing topics of our time, moderated by Michael Hengstmann, Managing Partner of Executive Interim Partners, and Dr. Matthias Heisse, Partner and Global Head of Industrials at Eversheds Sutherland.

Notable insights were provided by Wolfgang Bosbach, lawyer and former member of the Bundestag (MdB), on “War and Crises: Germany and Europe in the Stress Test,” as well as discussions on “AI as a Solution Strategy? What Companies Need to Consider When Implementing AI” with Nils Müller, Partner at Eversheds Sutherland and AI expert.

Many thanks also to the participants of the panel discussion, Prof. Dr. Henning Werner, Professor at SRH University Heidelberg and Director of the IfUS Institute, as well as Susanna Schneeberger and Dr. Ulrich Bergmoser, both Partners at Executive Interim Partners, who shared their experiences on the topic “Transformation & Turnaround – Overcoming Crises with High-Performance Organizations.”

The event was rounded off with an inspiring speech by Inka Koljonen, CFO, IT & Legal Board Member at MAN Truck & Bus SE, on “Resilience in Turbulent Times: The Transformation of MAN Truck & Bus SE.”
