><p><strong>Alexander Zeyss<\/strong> is a Partner at Executive Interim Partners.<\/p>\n<p>Before joining EIP, Mr. Zeyss worked as an independent interim manager, primarily in managing director roles, where he successfully led multi-year business model transformations across various companies. These companies were financed by major German or American private equity funds and all concluded successfully with an exit or series financing.<\/p>\n<p>In this context, he develops digital business models from the ground up and integrates them holistically into existing organizations. His focus is on IT\/software companies as well as traditional businesses where IT, software, data, or IoT play a key role in shaping future business strategies.<\/p>\n<p>His work includes thorough statistical data analysis, the redefinition of master data, the implementation of modern tools and digitalized processes, and holistic strategy development through management and all-team workshops. This approach fosters acceptance of the necessary change process among both employees and management.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier in his career, he worked as a consultant and investment banker at Roland Berger, Talbot Hughes McKillop\/Oliver Wyman, Ernst &amp; Young, and Goldman Sachs.<\/p>\n<p>He holds an MBA from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Zeppelin University in Friedrichshafen.
