Management Capital Holding AG.<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Wahl is currently working on an EIP mandate as Chief Digital Officer of Upfield, a portfolio company of KKR. Upfield is the world\u2019s largest manufacturer of plant-based foods with well-known brands such as Rama, Flora, CountryCrock, and Violife.<\/p>\n<p>Previously, as a member of the Executive Board at ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE, he was responsible for the \u201cDigital Entertainment\u201d division and acted as Chief Operating Officer of the group.<\/p>\n<p>As Spokesperson of the Management Board at Germany\u2019s largest cable operator Kabel Deutschland, from 2003 to 2007, he aligned the business toward sustainable profitable growth and was involved in the management buy-out as well as numerous company acquisitions.<\/p>\n<p>During his 13 years at Siemens AG, he held several operational leadership roles in Germany, the USA, Thailand, and Finland.
