joined EIP in 2025 after more than 25 years of success as CEO, CSO, and CRO in private equity portfolio companies and family businesses. Most recently, he served as CEO of RB Holding GmbH, a leading manufacturer of premium beds.<\/p>\n<p>The restructuring expert began his career at Lacoste in Germany before moving to New York as President of Lacoste USA. At Lalique North America, a luxury goods company specializing in jewelry, perfume, and glassware, he held the position of President and CEO before returning to Germany. As Managing Director of Faber Castell Premium, he took on global responsibility for the company, and as CEO of Steiff Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH, he led the revitalization of the plush toy manufacturer. As Chairman of the Board at wallpaper manufacturer A.S. Creation AG, he successfully opened new sales markets and distribution channels during the COVID-19 crisis.<\/p>\n<p>Daniel Barth completed his banking apprenticeship at Deutsche Bank and earned a master\u2019s degree in economics and finance from the Institut d\u2019\u00c9tudes Politiques de Paris (Sciences Po).
